Existing patients can access the patient portal by following the steps below.

For existing patients, follow these steps to access the patient portal:

  1. Go to https://jennifer-palmer.clientsecure.me/

  2. Click “I’m an existing client”

  3. Enter the email that you used to register in the portal, and click “Email me link”

  4. Check your email for the direct link into the patient’s chart

  5. Reach out with any issues or questions
